Earns between $26-$31/hr. plus spiffs. Actively trains junior technicians; demonstrates superior workmanship; proficient in HVAC, Hot side, Cold side equipment, and Food equipment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Repair & Service work for Commercial and Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities of commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration units.

ESTIMATOR/PROJECT COORDINATOR
New position to assist Senior Management to grow and develop Project Delivery Department. Base salary range of $40,000-$60,000 based on skills and experience.

Key characteristics for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Technical Knowledge and Ability – Familiar with reading plans, take offs, and time estimates for HVAC/R installations. Works with company management if unsure of requirements and timelines to ensure we bid accurately.
  • Business Development – Develops relationships with General Contractors and customers. Manages online plan rooms and other methods for receiving requests for bids.
  • Quality Improvement – Works to develop and improve bidding and job logistics operations. Key person in estimating support, material acquisition, and project validation. Understands the financial and business side of the company. Can effectively set and work within a budget. Create and review project budgets, project deliverables, and time data to monitor and improve project department profitability. Works with Project Manager to develop tools and processes to help the project department run smoothly.
  • Project Logistics – Orders and organizes project materials. Pulls permits and manages change orders and approvals. Tracks time and costs associated with projects to deliver scorecard to Owner and Project Manager.
